About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Horizon team, providing support to children and young people at risk of or experiencing exploitation.
The successful candidate will have a protected caseload to ensure interventions are provided to young people, reducing risk and developing robust safety planning.
Our team is committed to delivering the best possible care, and we are looking for a professional with a passion for working with at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to children and young people at risk of or experiencing exploitation
- Develop and implement safety plans to reduce risk
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver the best possible care
Requirements
- Recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW)
- Social Work England registration
- Dedication to working with at-risk youth
