Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled French and Spanish Teacher to join our MFL department, responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Assessment: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the MFL department to create an inclusive and vibrant curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
  • Classroom Management: Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, ensuring excellent classroom management skills.
  • Student Progress: Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess a subject-related degree with proven teaching experience.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Pedagogical Approach: Be enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and inspiring students to achieve their best, with a commitment to making a positive impact in education.
  • Mentorship: Be open to supporting and mentoring Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as they develop in their careers.
