Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a dynamic and independent care sector professional to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Implement systems to ensure high-quality domiciliary care services, meeting legislative standards and company policies.
- Supervision: Lead and support a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional client care.
- Training and Development: Assist in the delivery of a care assistants' development and training programme to ensure staff are equipped to meet client needs.
- On-Call Roster: Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and maintain service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Supervising in a healthcare setting, with a solid understanding of care and supervisory practices.
- Skills: Excellent assessment skills, articulate communication, and ability to put ideas across clearly.
- Qualifications: Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (or alternative arrangements).
