Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Lead to join our team at Bupa Global. As a Senior Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Your role will involve day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, including issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will also lead and manage a team of care assistants, providing training and supervision to new staff members and ensuring that they feel welcomed and supported.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and district nurses. You will assist residents with a range of personal care duties and provide support and guidance to care assistants as needed. With a strong clinical background, preferably an NVQ3 in care, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our CQC responsibilities.

As a Senior Care Lead at Bupa Global, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
