About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-in Carer/Driver to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Live-in Carer, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Drive clients to appointments and social events
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
