About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team at Enva, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions. This key role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and machinery by carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on plant machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Programme and modify PLC software to optimise machine performance.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Report safety concerns, hazards, and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Work with 3-phase systems, electrical control systems, and industrial machinery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify critical spares for maintenance operations.

Requirements
  • Experience with Industrial 3-phase systems, inverters, electrical control systems, and fault finding.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
  • Health and safety-focused with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
