Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on high-voltage electrical systems, equipment, and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Serve as High Voltage Appointed Person, overseeing the safe operation and maintenance of high-voltage equipment and systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • HND or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • High Voltage Appointed Person qualification (or equivalent certification) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical project management, with a focus on high-voltage systems and infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, equipment, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and client locations as needed.
  • DBS check to be completed prior to start date.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.

Salary: £55,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme and hybrid working opportunities.
