Job Title: CRM Executive - Luxury Brand Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email and mobile app calendars for our websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
- Brief, create, segment, schedule, and deliver all email and mobile app notifications.
- Implement ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance.
- Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programmes.
- Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring all areas of the platform are utilised and optimised.
Requirements:
- A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
- Results-driven and delivery-focused.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results.
- Numerate and analytical, with the ability to provide insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience in working with an email service provider.
- Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation.
