About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email and mobile app campaigns to engage and retain customers
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to deliver the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites
  • Manage and analyze data to inform CRM decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on CRM performance and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, with a strong understanding of data analysis and segmentation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think creatively to drive business growth
  • Experience working with email service providers and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
