We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Goods In Operative to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes and replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to meet customer demands.
  • Material Handling: Feed production lines with necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Goods In/Out Operations: Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • FLT Counterbalance License: Possession of a FLT Counterbalance license is desirable but not essential.
  • MHE Experience: Previous experience with MHE operations is highly valued.
