We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at The Falcon at Warmington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement seasonal menus in collaboration with our Executive Chefs
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and labour management
  • Work closely with the pub manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
