Job Title: Head ChefWe are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our culinary team at The Falcon at Warmington. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement seasonal menus in collaboration with our Executive Chefs
- Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, labor management, and food safety
- Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional results
- Work closely with the pub manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- A competitive salary up to £52,000 per annum, including TRONC and profit share
