Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Power Division in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing commercial reporting systems and procedures to maximise commercial benefits of our contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Commercial Manager in implementing commercial reporting systems and procedures
- Maximise commercial benefits of contracts through risk mitigation, pricing of variations, and detailed cost management
- Manage costs of direct labour, material, plant, and subcontractors
- Prepare internal and external commercial reports
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to manage project change control and commercial aspects
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics & Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years' experience working on Power Network projects
- Basic understanding of contract language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
