We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Power Division in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing commercial reporting systems and procedures to maximize commercial benefits of our contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Commercial Manager in implementing commercial reporting systems and procedures
- Manage costs of direct labour, material, plant, and subcontractors
- Prepare internal and external commercial reports
- Liaise with Project/Contracts Managers to collate information on projects
- Work with project delivery teams responsible for work packages/project change control and management
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics & Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years' experience working on Power Network projects
- Basic understanding of contract language
