About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrator to join our team at ABM UK. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams within the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and update databases and files
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Handle general inquiries, both internally and externally
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
