Group Manager Children with Disabilities Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Manager to lead our Children with Disabilities Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and families.
- Work closely with other teams and agencies to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
