About Our Consulting Team

You would be joining the consulting team at an exciting time as we strengthen and grow our six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative and impactful solutions using digital and analytical skills while ensuring the successful delivery of premium projects.
  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification; Enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Digital mindset: Comfortable navigating digital tools, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and collaboration. Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Please note, RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on your location and performance. You'll also have access to lifestyle, health, and wellbeing benefits which you can tailor to your requirements.
