This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:
- Data collection: Obtain information on existing policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Product research: Utilize various software tools, such as Pulse, IMAGO, and Iress, to produce new business illustrations and comparisons.
- Application preparation: Request and obtain application forms, accurately recording relevant data on the company's back-office system.
- Data management: Ensure all information is up-to-date and adheres to established procedures.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A deep understanding of the Financial Planning process.
- The ability to work independently, achieving agreed-upon outcomes without supervision.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and specialized software tools like X-Plan.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
