Job Title: Customer Service Admin Assistant

To provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients in the pharmacy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient enquiries and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Carry out daily pharmacy administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with clinics and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient queries.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated person, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key Competencies:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
