Customer Service Support Specialist

To provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients in the pharmacy sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to patient enquiries and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Carry out daily pharmacy administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Liaise with clinics and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient queries.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated person, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
