Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Support Worker to join our team, working closely with the management team to develop and implement individual support plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centred support to tenants, promoting their independence and well-being
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as social care or psychology
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, preferably in a specialist support setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and nights, as required

Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
