This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with our Manager of Technical Services to provide exceptional support to clients, markets, and third-party organizations.

As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective handling of all Lloyds Market business, working remotely from home with regular team collaboration in our London office.

Main responsibilities of the Insurance Operations Specialist role include:

  • Reviewing and verifying data accuracy in slips, endorsements, bordereaux, and closings
  • Creating accurate LPANS, ensuring correct calculations, and uploading to Xchanging
  • Addressing Xchanging queries and resolving related issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external clients to meet their needs
  • Developing knowledge of Claims processing and mastering additional required systems to enhance customer and insurer satisfaction

To succeed as an Insurance Operations Specialist, you should possess:

  • Thorough knowledge of Lloyds Market Insurance, including IMR, CLASS, PPL, ECF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to deliver accurate work within set timelines, adhering to cost and quality requirements
