Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Building Surveyor to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction projects across the UK.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for furthering existing client relationships, driving growth and technical acumen in the office, and collaborating with our wider building surveying operations. You will work closely with our senior colleagues to ensure technical deliverables are met, and contribute to project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive business growth and technical excellence in the office
- Collaborate with the wider building surveying team to deliver high-quality projects
- Contribute to project planning and execution, including scope development and design information production
- Attend design team and construction stage team meetings
- Work collaboratively on large-scale survey projects
- Liaise with senior colleagues to ensure technical deliverables are met
- Manage own workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- Strong client care and business development skills
- Ability to conduct themselves in a courteous manner with a high level of professionalism
- Conscientious and attentive attitude to work at all times
- IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Full driving license and own car
