About the Role:

Gopuff is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our operations team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Receive and inspect products from vendors, ensuring that physical counts match purchase orders and invoices, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Manage inventory levels, including re-shelving of canceled orders and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Implement and maintain strict compliance with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices to minimize waste and spoilage
  • Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse, retail, or restaurant environment (preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours of 5pm-2am
  • Basic working knowledge of web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively
