About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Evri, a leading logistics and delivery company. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control the flow of goods through the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the Process Manager to optimize sortation and quality performance.
  • Manage and control Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), load presentation compliance, and other key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including manifests and other documentation.
  • Support the Process Manager in maintaining high standards of Health and Safety, hygiene, and quality audits.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in logistics or distribution, with a track record of managing teams and achieving high levels of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
