Job Overview

We are seeking a resilient and flexible Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Planned preventive maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation and safety.
  • Inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Resilient and flexible with unsocial hours and night shifts.
  • Recognised qualification relevant to the role, e.g., mechanical or electrical City & Guilds certificate.
  • Apprenticeship and indentures in electrical and mechanical trades.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and steam systems.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Working Hours:

4 on 4 off continental shift pattern - Days / Nights Rotating.
