About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex systems. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design and development of complex systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and development principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in systems development
Salary:
The salary for this role is £80,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
