Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team at JobsBatch. As an Advanced Paediatric Neuro Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in leading the Paediatric Neuro Rehabilitation inpatient ward team and providing expert care to patients with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Paediatric Neuro Rehabilitation inpatient ward team and provide expert care to patients with neurological conditions.
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions, including admission assessments, goal-setting, and treatment planning.
- Provide clinical support across other areas of the hospital, including PICU, orthopaedic surgery, and cardio-thoracic surgery.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the Paediatric Neuro Rehabilitation service.
Requirements:
- Registered with the HCPC
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Highly specialist experience in Paediatric Neurology and rehabilitation.
- Broad-based experience working across other disciplines within physiotherapy.
- Leadership and team management experience is desirable.
