Senior Care Team Member

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care and support to residents. This will involve supervising and motivating your team to deliver excellent care, while also supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management and care planning. You'll also play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, which is essential for their well-being.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and be able to demonstrate your ability to provide individualised care and support. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, committed and passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.
