Care Team Member

Ludlow Street Healthcare is one of the largest independent health and social care providers in the Southwest of England and South Wales. We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Member to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional care to individuals with complex needs.
In this role, you will be working with individuals who display challenging behaviour towards you, requiring you to remain calm and composed at all times. You will be required to assist with daily activities, such as personal care and mobility, while promoting independence and autonomy.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will also have a valid UK driving license and be willing to work flexible hours.
