Energy Systems Specialist

This role is part of our Service Delivery team, responsible for maintaining and upgrading high-profile work environments.
About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Technician to join our team in London.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service.
- You will undertake site surveys, produce works requests, method statements, and risk assessments for planned works.
- Your duties will include repairing floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and performing other building and installation works as required.
- You will be accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter replacements, and basic plumbing requirements.
- You will utilize a PDA to complete works, key communications, and updates.
- You will complete reactive, PPM jobs, and projects in a timely manner.
- You will undertake minor projects works.
- You will ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
- Previous experience in fabric and carpentry roles.
- Facilities Management experience is desirable.
- Experience working in high-profile work environments.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Proficiency in PC software.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings/instructions/processes.
- Able to organize self to manage assigned tasks and determine material requirements.
- Experience of H & S procedures and requirements, including COSHH, Working at Heights, and Risk Assessment.
- Health & Safety Qualified (IOSH and/or NEBOSH).
- Willingness to work over and above contractual hours.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
