We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic national team and play a key role in shaping data strategy across the Trust.

The successful candidate will support our Head of Data and Analytics in their mission to leverage data for evidence-based decision-making.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analytics, with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies. They will be responsible for designing and implementing data management systems that integrate data from multiple platforms to enhance overall efficiency and insights.

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will work closely with various teams to develop and implement a data strategy that focuses on assessment, reporting, and performance monitoring.

About Our Client:

We are a charitable Trust of entrepreneurial community schools and colleges that help young people reach their potential. We support our schools' Principals and teachers in rapidly improving the quality of education offered at early years, primary, secondary, and sixth-form levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that integrates data from multiple platforms
  • Design and implement data management systems that enhance overall efficiency and insights
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement a data strategy that focuses on assessment, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Support the Head of Data and Analytics in leveraging data for evidence-based decision-making

Requirements:

  • Strong background in data management and analytics
  • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement data management systems

Salary: £48,715
