Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our luxury residential developments' leisure facilities, providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and external contractors.

• Manage the daily operation of the leisure facility, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist in the delivery of fitness and leisure programs, including group exercise classes and personal training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the Club and Spa Manager, including reporting and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors to promote the leisure facility and its services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies, and report any incidents or concerns to the Club and Spa Manager.

• Significant experience in a similar role in the health and fitness industry, preferably in a 5-star environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, often switching from one to another.
• Must be detailed-oriented, friendly, and organized.
• Level 2 Gym Instructor/Level 3 Personal Trainer with Group Exercise certification.
• First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualification is desirable, training can be provided if required.
• Health and Safety experience within a leisure facility.
• Be adaptable and able to work well in a team.
