**Job description**

Leading Martial Arts and Combat Sports Gym based in Battersea looking for a dynamic, organised and friendly individual to take over the Front of House operations at our gym.

Prior combat sports or gym background is desirable as you will be giving advice to new clients on their training journey, selling equipment, explaining the class content etc. (Not essential as training will be provided)

Markedly, **we are looking for someone methodical and organised with book keeping experience**. This person should be able to create and maintain/manage an administrative system in order to keep up with essential daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for the gym. **Experience of working with MindBody POS software** would be helpful upon starting, this is the system we use to manage appointments, bookings and payments of our members.

**Basic Job Duties**:

- Control of the day to day running of the MMADen reception. Managing memberships, class sign ins, payments, processing new clients
- Matching new clients and booking in and managing personal training sessions & the instructors
- Full knowledge of services, pricing, equipment, memberships, facilities, active promotions
- Assisting in keeping the social media profile up to date: stories, grid posts, reels
- Create and keep track of reports: inventory, P&L, class attendance, memberships, dormant clients etc...
- Ensure that the gym is operating within statuatory and/or Group Health and Safety requirements
- General daily, weekly, monthly operational duties. Creating and distributing documents to clients: Kids and Teens Term Programmes,
- Organising social events for the gym members and team: Christmas party, Interclubs, BJJ socials etc.
- Marketing and communications: gym events, changes to schedule/pricing, closures etc.
