Senior Lawyer, Private Credit, Asset Management, Goldman Sachs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our Private Credit team in London. As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our investment activities across the firm, providing counsel and advice on a wide range of credit transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide transactional advice during the life cycle of an investment, including structuring, negotiation of deal documentation, review of diligence, consideration of regulatory and reputational issues, and asset management support.
- Work closely with investment professionals and colleagues across compliance, tax, credit and operations to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, shareholders, and regulators to ensure the firm's reputation and interests are protected.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments to provide expert advice and guidance to the team.
