Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor software development teams to achieve project goals
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into software solutions
  • Develop software using languages such as C++, Java, and others, and design systems using UML/Enterprise Architect
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and may require occasional travel between sites for testing and integration
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in software development projects
  • Experience in leading teams of software engineers, either functionally or in a line management capacity

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of software engineering, with a preference for familiarity with military systems, particularly maritime systems
  • Understanding of Open Systems Architectures and Principles
