About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, including administration and monitoring
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify and address any changes in resident condition
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices and procedures
  • Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
