• Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
• Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve resident outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Current NMC registration
• Excellent knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
• A person-centred approach to nursing, with a focus on delivering compassionate and respectful care
