Your Contribution
As a Key Account Manager at OpenText, you play a crucial role in assisting clients to address their most critical business challenges and assist them in their transition to the cloud and digital transformation. You are a vital part of a worldwide team of talented and innovative professionals who realize the unparalleled transformations their clients are undergoing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in consultative sales and actively listen to the needs of clients.
- Develop comprehensive territory strategies.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Expertly manage each stage of the sales process, from generating leads to finalizing deals.
- Deliver impactful client presentations and conduct effective meetings.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of solutions and products, as well as the boundless possibilities of the digital realm, to clients.
- Collaborate across all internal departments and resources to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions to clients.
Qualifications for Success
- Proven experience in B2B sales within an Enterprise setting.
- Background in providing consultative support to C-level clients regarding cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the B2B purchasing process, strong knowledge of competitors, and vigilance concerning industry trends.
- Utilization of advanced sales techniques and tools to meet and surpass objectives.
- Whether conquering new accounts or uncovering hidden opportunities within your current client base, your drive to expand our business fuels your daily efforts.
- Possessing intellectual curiosity, quickly grasping new products and solutions, and instilling an innovative mindset in clients.
