Adult Counsellor/Therapist Opportunity in Hull

Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is seeking a self-employed, qualified and registered therapist to deliver National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) approved therapies.

Successful applicants must be willing to work with adults across the Hull area and commit to a minimum of 8 to 12 client sessions per week between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate for our self-employed Counsellors / Therapists is £25 per hour.

We are looking for therapists who hold a qualification to deliver NICE-approved therapies such as Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (CfD), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Couple Therapy for Depression (CTfD), or Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).

In addition to delivering face-to-face and occasional online therapy sessions, successful applicants will also be required to participate in regular case management with the relevant team lead and attend online, internal and external training courses as necessary.
