Conveyancing Paralegal

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for managing files, preparing Contract documentation, and progressing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing experience and be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and managing files throughout the transaction in accordance with procedures
• Preparing Contract documentation and obtaining searches and replies to property questionnaires
• Progressing a transaction, keeping all parties up to date, and preparing Completion Statements
• Dealing with post completion of files, managing key dates, and updating lenders
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
