Job Summary

We are seeking an E-Casino Team Member to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Scarborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and entertaining experience for our guests. You will be the face of our business, greeting and interacting with customers in a way that makes them feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to all customers, particularly electronic gaming customers, to facilitate their play and ensure profitable admissions.

  • Maximise revenue from all electronic gaming products by ensuring excellent customer service, supporting the Grosvenor Brand Standards, and assisting management in the financial analysis of all equipment.

  • Have a basic knowledge of the technical specification of electronic gaming products and related management systems, including the capability to diagnose and resolve day-to-day operating issues that may adversely impact the customer experience or the accuracy of financial reports.

  • Work closely with external service providers to ensure an efficient and prompt level of response for all electronic gaming products, minimizing downtime.

  • Have awareness of compliance and security aspects of electronic gaming.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Basic knowledge of electronic gaming products and related management systems.
