Key Responsibilities:- Delivering Patient Care: Provide safe, competent, and compassionate care to renal patients attending clinic reviews and day-case procedures.
- Haemodialysis: Undertake haemodialysis for patients with end-stage kidney disease.
- Teamwork: Work unsupervised as an effective and flexible team player, deputising in the absence of senior staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Clinic Management: Run and support a variety of medical and nurse-led clinics, assessing patients holistically and referring to the multidisciplinary or community teams as required.
- Leadership: Delegate appropriately and act as an effective and professional role model within the nursing team.
