Key Responsibilities:
• Teach students and lead modules to ensure effective delivery and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement digital innovation initiatives for your discipline.
• Mark and moderate student work, supporting the Course Leader in assessment processes.
• Provide academic and pastoral guidance to students, acting as an Academic Advisor.
• Collaborate with the Course Leader to enhance the student learning experience and contribute to curriculum development.
• Represent your discipline in governance and quality platforms, supporting student recruitment efforts.
What We're Looking For:
• Extensive experience in the creative industries, with a significant profile in Acting and Education.
• A good undergraduate degree or equivalent Higher Education or professional qualification, and a teaching qualification relevant to Higher Education or a Fellowship of Advance HE.
• Experience in developing initiatives to enhance student participation and engagement, and supporting students academically and pastorally.
• Proven experience in effective and innovative curriculum and teaching development activities.
• Understanding of quality and standards in higher education and creative arts contexts.
• Demonstrable impact on improving teaching quality and successful student outcomes.
