Job Title: Performing Arts Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Performing Arts Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. In this role, you will teach Key Stages 3 and 4 students, working closely with the Director of Drama to ensure excellent educational outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach a range of drama-related subjects, including performance skills, script analysis, and theatre history.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging lesson plans and educational sequences.
  • Maintain a well-organised and safe learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes full CPD opportunities and prospects for career advancement within our organisation.
