About the Role

Fruition IT is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with information security controls, management policies, and procedures that are a core component of our ISO 27001 certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting Compliance Audits and Reviews: Ensure compliance in accordance with ISO 27001 by conducting regular audits and reviews of our information security controls.
  • Embedding the ISO 27001 ISM Framework: Continuously embed the ISO 27001 ISM framework and ensure adherence to the standard across the organization.
  • Control Testing and Reviews: Conduct control testing as part of a continual programme of reviews to identify and address security control gaps.
  • Improving Security Processes: Continuously look for ways to improve our security processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of security.
  • Supporting Client Audits: Support client audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client questionnaires.
  • Reporting and Assurance: Ensure the upkeep of reporting and manage the internal security assurance audit schedule.
  • Education and Development: Educate and develop more junior analysts to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.
  • Risk Management: Recommend on process improvements and escalate significant risks or risk trends to appropriate leadership.
Key Experience
  • ISO 27001 ISMS Experience: Experience of managing and auditing ISO 27001 ISMS is essential for this role.
  • International Organisation Security Operations Experience: International organisation security operations experience is highly desirable.
  • Information Security Controls and Technology: Understanding of information security controls and technology is required.
  • Cloud Services Experience: Experience of working with security controls across cloud services is highly desirable.
