Information Security Compliance Lead

Hybrid: 1x Per Week On-Site, 4x Work From Home
Package: Up to £72,000 + 10% Bonus
Fruition IT, an international leader in business legal services, is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Compliance Lead to join their Information Security Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with information security controls, management policies, and procedures that are a core component of the firm's ISO 27001 certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to ensure compliance in accordance with ISO 27001
- Ensuring continuous embedding of the ISO 27001 ISM framework and adherence to the standard
- Conducting control testing as part of a continual programme of reviews
- Continually looking for ways to improve security processes
- Supporting client audits and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for client questionnaires
- Ensuring upkeep of reporting
- Managing the internal security assurance audit schedule
- Educating and developing more junior analysts
- Recommending process improvements
- Escalating significant risks or risk trends to appropriate leadership
Key Experience:
- Experience of managing and auditing ISO 27001 ISMS
- International organisation security operations experience
- Understanding of information security controls and technology
- Experience of working with security controls across cloud services
