Job Title: Senior Homeware Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Homeware Account Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national accounts, including multiple high street homeware retailers and online fashion retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full account management from start to finish, including supply chain management
  • Developing additional routes to market across all platforms, existing and new customers alike
  • Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, managing a portfolio of national accounts
  • Trend, competitor, and retail analysis to support product development
  • Working closely with international teams and factories, sourcing and developing products
  • Ensuring accurate product setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP data conversions and EDI ordering/invoicing
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Quality Control, Photography, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Product Development
  • Utilizing historical account data to identify best-selling lines and suggesting commercial additions to maximize growth potential

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working as an Account Manager for a homeware/fashion retail or wholesale account
  • Critical path management
  • Building existing accounts and products
  • Stock analysis
  • Experience of overseas suppliers and full supply chain process
  • Working closely with Merchandising/QC/Design/PD teams
