Removals Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Removals Branch Manager to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our removals branch, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of removals projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor branch performance, including KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting of figures and monthly profit and loss.
- Develop and implement effective business and corresponding action plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage a team of movers and coordinators, optimize resources, and maintain high service standards.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business development and generate leads.
- Responsible for Branch Profit and Loss, including gross profit, cost control, and net profit.
- Write proposals, tenders, and supplier agreements.
- Negotiate business deals, including rates and fees.
- Current or past experience within Branch Management.
- Strong knowledge of removals procedures, logistics, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational targets.
