Job Title: Removals Branch Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Removals Branch Manager to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of removals projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain competitive awareness and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business development and generate leads.
- Responsible for Branch Profit and Loss including gross profit / cost control / net profit.
- Write proposals, tenders, and supplier agreements.
- Develop effective business and corresponding action plans.
- Write client reports and other ad-hoc reports.
- Negotiate business deals (rates and fees).
Requirements:
- Current or past experience within Branch Management.
- Strong knowledge of removals procedures, logistics, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational targets.
