Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day maintenance issues and breakdowns
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules
- Work closely with production personnel to ensure equipment and plant usage is maximized
- Troubleshoot and solve machine, robot, and site breakdowns
- Ensure maintenance records are maintained
Requirements:
- Good appreciation and experience of organisation of shop floor work processes and priorities
- Time served high level technical expertise of modern Injection Moulding machinery
- Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
